Hiring process
Job advertisement
This is where it all begins. You come across an advertisement that clearly states who we need, what we offer and what working for us is like.
Telephone interview
If your CV meets our expectations, we will call you for a short interview (approx. 10–15 minutes). We want to get to know you better and tell you a little about ourselves. This is your opportunity to ask us your first questions.
Recruitment meetings
We will invite you to 1–2 meetings (online or in person) during which we will talk about your experience and the projects you have been involved in. You may be given a task to complete. We will answer all your questions about the team, tools, work style, etc. We do not conduct interrogations – we want to have a friendly conversation.
Offer
If everything goes well, we will make you a job offer. It will include all the details: the form of cooperation, terms of employment, benefits, and start date. You will have time to think it over and ask about anything that is important to you.
Feedback

What does a working day at the company look like?
🔶Medical representatives work on a task-based basis, have a car (also for private use), a telephone and a tablet at their disposal, and enjoy a great deal of freedom in their work. They have the support of their superiors and team, as well as the marketing and office departments.
🔶Marketing experts in Qpharma’s modern Warsaw office create strategies and run promotional campaigns for Qpharma’s unique brands, sipping delicious coffee in their spare time.
🔶Support teams, such as HR, Office Management and the Pharmaceutical Wholesale Department, ensure that the business teams work efficiently and comfortably. They respond to all the needs of internal customers (and also drink delicious coffee).
