Privacy Policy

  1. The Data Controller is Qpharma Sp. z o.o., ul. Wichrowa 7F/10, 04-682 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as: the Controller.
  2. The Controller uses technical and organizational measures to protect the privacy of Users.
  3. The Administrator ensures the protection of processed personal data with a level of security appropriate to the risks and category of data. In particular, the Administrator protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, theft, unauthorized processing, damage, or destruction.
  4. The administrator ensures control over what personal data is processed and to whom it may be transferred, and keeps records of persons authorized to process data.
  5. The data provided by the User is used for the following purposes:

    a/ contacting the administrator;
    b/ fulfilling legally justified purposes, i.e. pursuing claims related to business activities;
    c/ if the user gives their explicit, voluntary consent, the data will be processed for marketing and statistical purposes.
  1. The administrator is entitled to disclose personal data at the request of entities authorized under applicable law.
  2. Providing data is voluntary. The user has the right to modify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and transfer data.
  3. The user submits a request for data deletion by sending an email. The administrator immediately deletes the data from the database, unless it is data for which the mandatory archiving period is specified in the provisions of law.
  4. Users’ personal data may be transferred to third parties on the basis of personal data processing agreements, if this is justified by the nature of the service and the purpose is the proper performance of tasks by the Administrator.
  5. Electronic communication between the User’s equipment and the Administrator during the collection of personal data is encrypted (SSL). Databases are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
  6. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
